Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

All new laboratory accounts start with a full-featured 14-day free trial. No credit card, debit card, or payment commitment is required during trial onboarding.

2. Annual Commercial Plan & Manual Renewal

HealthPlusGo operates on a manual annual license model (Founding Plan ₹999 first year; renewal from second year ₹2,999/year; limited to the first 100 paid labs). There are strictly no automatic debits, e-mandates, or surprise recurring charges. Labs manually decide whether to renew after 365 days.

3. Refund Policy

If you experience platform downtime or technical defects that prevent normal lab reporting within the first 14 days of activating your annual license, you may request a full refund of your payment. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Data Access Post-Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your historical records and patient reports remain accessible in read-only export format. We will not erase your clinical database without 30 days prior written notice.
