1. Nature of the Software

HealthPlusGo is a multi-tenant laboratory operations management platform designed for independent diagnostic centres and pathology laboratories in India. HealthPlusGo is a software platform, not a healthcare provider, clinical laboratory, or medical practitioner.

2. Laboratory Responsibility & Licensing

The subscribing laboratory and its authorized signatories remain solely responsible for the accuracy of clinical test results, calibration of instruments, verification of reference intervals, and compliance with applicable statutory regulations, including the Clinical Establishments Act and respective State Medical Council guidelines.

3. OTP & Identity Verification

Mobile OTP verification proves physical possession of the mobile number only. It does not constitute government accreditation, medical council qualification verification, or clinical licensing of the subscribing entity.

4. Commercial License & Manual Renewal

Commercial licenses are billed on a manual annual basis (Founding Plan ₹999 total payable for the first year; renewal from second year ₹2,999/year; limited strictly to the first 100 paid labs). Payments are strictly manual renewals with zero automatic recurring debits or mandates. Following expiration after 365 days without renewal, new report finalization is locked, but existing historical reports and patient records remain fully accessible in read-only export format. HealthPlusGo never holds historical patient records hostage due to billing lapses.

5. Clinical Governance & System Independence

HealthPlusGo is an independent diagnostic software platform and maintains zero connection with ATAL production systems. Clinical reporting features require verified laboratory signatory credentials and pathologist authorization prior to clinical issuance.

6. Hosting Infrastructure & Data Processing

HealthPlusGo utilizes dedicated managed cloud infrastructure with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Customer data is processed strictly under customer instruction as a Data Processor in accordance with applicable Indian data protection principles.
